1) How to save power?
Turn off the
screen if X431 PRO3 is not working
Set a shorter
standby time
Lower the
screen brightness
Turn off WLAN
if it is not necessary to use the internet

function if not necessary
2) What should I do if I forget to lock
the screen?
You could set
the screen model to password. If you forget your X431 PRO3 password, you could consult
your device provider or reset your device.
Warning: Reset
PRO3 may cause data loss. Please make sure you have backed up important data
before resetting.
3) Why the system run slowly?
In this case,
do the following:
> Check all
running applications and stop unnecessary applications (Step: Settings>
Applications> Run> click on the application and click "Stop").
> Check all
installed applications, delete useless applications (Step: Settings>
Applications> Download> click on the application, and then click
"Uninstall").
If all of the
above steps are complete, and the system is still running slowly. Please try to
power off the system and restart your X-431 PRO3.
4) How to reset Launch X431 PRO3
It may cause
data loss when reset the tool, so make sure you have backed up the important
data.
Step on
resetting X431 PR03:
Step1: Click
"Settings" -> "Back and Reset";
Step2: Click
"Restore Factory Settings";
Step3: Click
"Reset tablet".
Step4: Click
"Clear All Data" to start resetting until the tool automatically
restarts.
5) Why I can’t play some videos on the
internet?
There are two
reasons:
1. the current chrome can’t support flash
player
2. the flash player can’t support this
video
6) Why I can’t set the time and date of Launch
X431 PRO3 wifi diagnostic tool
This is
because your X431 PRO3 is set automatic date and time.
Click “Settings:
> “Date and Time” to deselect Auto Date and Time, and then set the date and
time by yourself.
